Stunning Coromandel Jewellery Box C.1850

Description

A stunning coromandel jewellery box in immaculate condition. The main exterior wood is coromandel with a decorative brass overlay on the centre lid. The interior is fully kitted out with the jewellery compartments. It’s overall finish is of a high quality with engraved hinges and lock and a decorative edging. A bottom draw which is activated by pushing the brass button between the hinges. The box dates to the Victorian period c.1850 and comes with a fully functioning lock and key.
