A work box made from a lovely burr walnut giving off an attractive swirling grain to the wood. It’s ebony bounded around the edging. It has a mother of pearl plaque on the centre lid. The interior comprises of the original tray which lifts out. It dates to the Victorian period c.1870. Comes with fully functioning lock and key.
