A lovely example of a sewing box made from an attractive burr walnut wood. The back and sides are made from a figured walnut. It has a couple of inlays made from rosewood and mother of pearl. The interior is completely original with all your sewing materials and compartment. It comes with a fully functioning lock and key and dates to Victorian c.1880.
