Stunning Victorian Burr Walnut Stationery Box

Description

Stunning colour and patination early Victorian burr walnut veneered stationery box with original fully fitted interior. The box is veneered in the very best of burr walnut which has gained a fabulous deep and rich patination over the years. The interior is fully fitted with various divisions and trays with original ceramic writing pad to the inside of the right hand door. The cabinet has a full width mahogany lined drawer beneath the doors. The door catches work as does the lock. Very nice example.
