Here is a great example of a rosewood and pewter lap desk. It’s covered in mother of pearl inlay which is all in great intact condition. The interior comprises of its original velvet writing area. It has compartments for all your writing materials. It dates to William IV 1830 and comes with a fully functioning lock and key.
