A stunning desk box made from coromandel wood. It comes with brass bounding around the edging to provide strength and durability to the box. It’s formed in a unique shape which adds to the design and appearance. The centre lid has a brass inlaid handle to help move around. The interior has been lined and it’s got a mirror and stationery compartment to the lid. It dates to the Victorian period of 1850.
