Regency Brass Inlaid Burr Elm Lap Desk

Description

Good Regency brass inlaid burr elm and rosewood writing box or lap desk in good condition. The box is mainly veneered in burr elm but the fancy brass inlaid section are cross grain rosewood. The box is complete inside with all parts including the 3 small secret drawers but no glass ink bottles. The box has its original lock and working key. Nice colour with good patination.
