Description

This is a charming papier mache tea caddy with original silver lining that is Russian in origin dating from around 1860. The box caddy has a hinged lid with panel depiction of a couple in a winters setting, charmingly hand painted and lacquered. The caddy is in good original order and measures 13 cms wide 9 cms high by 8 cms deep.
