French Copper & Silvered Bronze Coffret or Casket

Description

Highest quality 19th century French copper and silvered bronze coffret or casket signed by the maker "L. OUDRY PRE EDITEUR". This is a beautiful box of wonderful classical design. The detail is incredible, the more you look, the more you see. The inside of the box has its original blue silk lining. The box is basically in very good condiiton, a couple of minor dints around the bottom and the lock pin is missing otherwise good.

A really nice quality item tht would grace any drawing room or box collection.
