There is a lovely brass plaque on the cabinet which is engraved "Presented to Mr A Thomas. By the members of the A.U.C.E. Ynpshir Branch. Feb 1909"
It is been very well made and although it has been used it has obviously been well looked after over the years. It is in good original condition and has a lovely aged patina. There is a small chip on the back corner and a shrinkage split across the back but no major damages and overall it displays very nicely.
