Large Mahogany Writing Slope C.1790

Description

A large sized writing slope with the iconic shell inlay as the centre piece. Its exterior wood is mahogany and its cross banded in Tulipwood. The two sides have brass carrying handles as its pretty big. The interior comprises of the writing area with leather. The side draw opens out to reveal more writing storage, with two ink wells and compartments. Dates Sheraton c.1790. A real collectors piece. Comes with fully functioning lock and key.
