A rare, possibly Black Forest 19th.Century treen string box in the form of a thatched cottage. Decoratively carved with a door, 2 windows with shutters, a chimney pot, a glass eyed owl sitting at the top of the roof and hole for dispensing string. Dimensions - Height...9.5''/ 24cm. Width...5.25''/ 13.3cm. Depth...4.75''/ 12cm. Free U.K. delivery on this item.
