Fine & Rare 19th Century Scottish Box Iron

Description

FINE & RARE mid 19th century Scottish box iron of elegant form. Cast iron base with gunmetal fittings and turned ebony handle. The iron is in very good original condition with original iron block inside. The original spring is present and working which is often missing. All we have done to this iron is gently clean the gunmetal.

There are some very minor shakes to the handle but this is normal, nothing serious.
