Description

A beautiful example of a single Lid tea caddy. Made from Burr satinwood is piece is iconic from it's regency period. It's been beautifully designed with a inlaid moth and fruit bowl all in immaculate condition for it's age. The inlays are made from boxwood and secamore wood. It's a sheraton design and dates early to around c.1790. Inside is the tea caddy lid which lifts out by the small handle. Comes with fully functioning lock and key.
