Pretty 18th Century Inlaid Navette Shaped Tea Caddy

Description

A good quality and very pretty late 18th/early 19th century inlaid "navette"-shaped TEA CADDY in good condition. Veneered overall in harewood (as stained sycamore is often known) it is beautifully inlaid with garlands of flowers to the front with a wide band of flowers and harebells to the lid. The interior retains some of its original lead lining together with the original inner lid. A pretty caddy.
