An absolutely divine example of Regency Georgian Tea Caddy. Made in a octagon shape with 8 sides is all in amazing condition for it's age. Everything is completely original with a number of different woods used. The main exterior wood is satin maple and it's also been cross banded in rosewood and Tulip wood banded in boxwood and Ebony. A real eye catching piece with true craftsmanship and quality all round. A single lid inside also made from the same exterior wood with an ivory handle on the caddy lid and the main lid. Comes with fully functioning lock and key and dates back to the Georgian period C.1780/90.
