Stunning Quality Figured Burr Walnut Antique Stationary Box

This Stunning Quality Figured Burr Walnut Antique Stationary Box circa, 1870 is beautifully figured with an unusual mother of pearl inlaid diamond centre. The interior has a padded letter storage and lift out tray. The burr walnut has aged to a wonderful golden shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.

Depth: 23cm / 9 inches
