VICTORIAN WRITING SLOPE IN A LOVELY FIGURED WALNUT. PERFECTLY RESTORED TO A 1ST CLASS FINISH WITH FRENCH POLISH (ALL HAND DONE WITH A POLISHING RUBBER) IT HAS NO ISSUES. IT HAS AN INK BOTTLE AND ITS ORIGINAL KEY THAT LOCKS AND OPENS PERFECTLY. IT HAS INLAY AROUND THE KEYHOLE WITH MOTHER OF PEARL . ON THE TOP IT IS INLAID WITH FLAME MAHOGANY . WOULD MAKE A GREAT PRESENT.

IT MEASURES 12 INCHES (30 CM ) WIDE 9 INCHES (22 CM) DEEP AND 6 INCHES (15 CM ) HIGH. WHEN OPEN THE BASE IS 15.5 INCHES (38 CM ) LONG.
