19th Century Chinese Chinoisserie Work Box with Ivory Fittings

Description

We are very pleased to offer this Chinese work box with the original ivory fittings to include thimbles ,cotton reels , clamps, bobbins , little hooks and carved needle holders. In total about 25 pieces.

The condition overall is very good with very few signs of rubbing..there is a slight chip on the edge of the box (see picture) .The lacquer on the second layer of this workbox is absolutely as new..it could never have been used.

14 ins long

10.5 ins deep

6.5 ins high
