Description

This Chinese Occasional Table with Mother of Pearl Inlay is extremely useful while being highly decorative. Profusely inlaid all round with fine Mother of Pearl Inlay which contrast so crisply with the rich hardwood frame. Each piece of Mother of Pearl has inscribed ink marks to it that add artistic value.

Standing on elegant, shaped legs with a useful undertray, this table could be put to so many uses.

The marble top adds a degree of practicality to the piece. A real Tour de Force of the inlayer’s art, showing craftmanship at its best, this table would make a statement wherever placed in a room.

The only thing to note is that there is a historic repair to the marble if you look extremely closely.
