Description

This handsome Victorian tall leather hat case which dates from the late 19th century has a beautiful patina, is a large size and was designed to carry two top hats.

This great looking antique multi hat box which is well made of thick quality leather has removable padded inserts, red silk lining, a sturdy leather carrying handle, brass lock plate, a holding strap and inner straps. Locks with it's key which is included. The outside is monogrammed with X.B.

A fine quality Victorian case that looks wonderful on display in the home, shop display or film prop and is ideal for keeping hats safe.

Material: Leather.

Date: 19th Century.

Dimensions: External Width: 37 cm (14 1/2"). External Depth: 34 cm (13 1/4"). External Height (not including top carrying handle): 34.5 cm (13 1/2").

Weight: 3.222 kg.

Condition: Beautiful antique condition with age related wear, scuffs and marks leaving a beautiful patina. The interior is in excellent condition with some light wear. Leather carry handle in excellent sound condition. Comes with a key so locks. Please see pictures.
