VERY RARE Queen Anne style mid 19th century blue lacquer 8 day grandmother clock. This is a stunning clock and very rare, I have never seen another blue lacquer clock of this size and quality anywhere. Made in the mid to late 19th century the case has been constructed from period oak timbers. The 8 day movement is a similar movement as those found in bracket clocks with original brass and silver dial with strike silent. The blue lacquer and gilt decoration to the case is all original with minor wear as to be expected. The clock has been fully serviced and as such is in perfect working order.
