Description

Early 19th Century Regency Period Rosewood Jewellery Box c. 1820

A beautifully made box with the maker’s label: R. Dalton, Bazaar, Soho Square, London.

This fine quality box has highly figured rosewood & turned detailing to the beading & feet. The interior is lined with burgundy silk velvet, yellow silk & tooled leather. It has a letter compartment to the lid.

The box has its original lock & key & is presented in fine restored condition.

As with most of our small items, we can send this piece by insured parcel post for quick delivery.
