A Very Good Pair of George III (1760-1820) antique mahogany knife boxes in lovely original condition and with solid silver handles and escutcheons, Late 18th Century. Of breakfront serpentine form and decorated with boxwood and ebony stringing. The well figured mahogany sloping lids open to reveal the original fitted interiors. Absolutely original throughout and in lovely condition. Including key. The measure 37cm (14½'') high, 23cm (9'' wide) and 22cm (8½'') deep.
