Huge Pint Ale Glass with Wrythen Stem

1900 - 1920
Description

A good example of a huge ale glass dating from the late 19th / early 20th century. It is in the style of a Georgian glass with a wrythen stem and a large round foot with pontil mark on the base. It is a very good quality glass with a good weight and the capacity is about 500ml.

It is in good condition for its age and displays well. The are no cracks or damages to the glass. Some marks on the underside of the foot as to be expected but nothing detrimental.

The best description comes from the photos so please look at them all carefully and if you have any questions just ask.
