A truly exceptional antique 18th century Regency campaign box in rosewood, very well made and of the finest quality.

This is an extremely rare and highly desirable piece, showcasing outstanding craftsmanship and remarkable attention to detail throughout.

The exterior displays a beautiful rosewood grain and rich colour, elegantly enhanced with fine mother of pearl inlay and refined Regency decoration, giving it an impressive and luxurious presence.

The interior is exquisitely fitted and highly functional, featuring a lift-up top with a jewellery and sewing compartment, along with a mirror inside the lid and a hidden section for letters.

Below, the piece opens to reveal a double-door cabinet housing four individual drawers, each uniquely fitted for different purposes. One drawer includes a writing slope complete with inkwell and small storage box, while another is finely arranged with multiple compartments, ideal for jewellery storage. Each drawer has its own distinctive character and purpose, reflecting the exceptional quality and design of the piece.
