19thc Bombe Shaped Tea Caddy

An early 19thc bombe shaped rosewood tea caddy with box wood stringing, standing on brass ball & claw feet.

The handles are brass & in the form of a basket of flowers and there is a diamond shaped ivory escutcheon.

The interier consists of two compartments, each with lids of rosewood & box wood stringing, with turned ivory knobs.
