Outstanding quality antique George III oak arched dial long case clock, having a quality George III oak long case clock with a wonderful scrolled and fretted cornice above fluted columns, a single glazed door casing a quality silvered arched dial with decorative scrollwork surrounding black Roman & Arabic numerals with black ornate hands, subsidiary seconds and date aperture, the dial inscribed Peter Amyot, having a quality eight day movement striking on a bell with the feature to silence, above a single oak door with a arch shaped top opening to reveal the original pendulum and weights, standing on on a plinth shaped base.
