A 17th Century Bible Box On Stand.

A 17th century bible box on a later stand. The box is carved front and sides with nulling there are some later restorations and later hinges with some minor losses commensurate with age. The box has a lovely patina and colour as well as the finely turned base with its shapely stretchers.
