Beautifully engraved dial in near perfect original condition. Finely detailed applique work. A seconds dial, date aperture and lunar moon phases showing high water at Bristol quay (KEY). Signed to the dial ''Thos Wynn, Bristol''. An 8-day duration mechanism striking the hours on a bell.
He was married in 1763 in Almondsbury (North Bristol).

Condition: Superb original condition with nicely toned patina (untouched). Ticks and strikes with pressure on the great wheels. Supplied with matching pair of clock-face brass globes. [No cabinet].
