Description

A quarter strike walnut table /mantel clock. Carved blockwork detailing to the base moulding and under the pediment. An architectural pediment with detailed carving. A brass and silvered dial with corner cast spandrels. A square brass bezel surround to the dial with bevelled glass. A quarter striking 'ting-tang' mechanism by noted makers Winterhalder & Hofmeier of 8-day duration. Circa 1895.
