Regency Brass Bound Rosewood 30cm Document Box C 1830

Beautiful Regency rosewood document box with brass edging all round and an oval cartouche and matching escutcheon.
 
It''s 30 cm wide and in excellent condition and it comes complete with working key.
 
Inside we have relined it in emerald green velvet and it is absolutely ready to use.
 
Brilliant as a document box on a desk, or as a bits and pieces box for a dressing table.
 
Condition is excellent, no signs of any damage at all and all we had to was give it a clean and a polish; there has been no restoration.
