Our dealers are highly experienced in packing and shipping fragile, high-value antiques. Because you are in direct contact with the dealer, you will be able to easily go through all available shipping and insurance options together to ensure your item arrives safely.
Antiques are the ultimate green purchase. By choosing historical pieces over newly manufactured goods, you completely eliminate the carbon footprint of modern mass production while preserving exceptional, timeless craftsmanship.

Amphora pottery originated in the Turn-Teplitz region of Bohemia during the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. Influenced by the Art Nouveau and Jugendstil movements, these wares became recognised for organic forms and stylised natural subjects.

These ceramics were crafted from fine earthenware clay and decorated using tubelined or incised slip work before being finished with polychrome glazes. Decorative motifs were applied in low relief prior to firing.

Authentic period pieces generally feature impressed factory marks, crowns, or stamped logos on the base alongside impressed shape and model numbers. Hand-incised details and characteristic tubelined outlines also distinguish genuine production.

Position the vase as a standalone accent on a wooden sideboard, console table, or fireplace mantelpiece. Its contrasting blue and cream palette pairs effectively with neutral backdrops and natural timber finishes.

Clean gently using a soft, dry cloth or a slightly dampened microfibre cloth to remove surface dust. Avoid immersion in water, abrasive chemical cleaners, or rapid temperature fluctuations to prevent crazing or glaze damage.
