Gilt brass with bright polychrome cloisonne enamels
The base with stylized trailing foliage on a cafe au lait enamel ground, central (in pattern) mon mark for Inaba Company.
In excellent sound condition with no damage or repair, some wear to the gilt and light oxidation to the brass.
