Here we have a wonderful and rare Scandinavian bent Birch marriage strong box c1800. As you can see the box has great colour and patina. The box is in the original paint on both the wood and the Iron strapwork. The box is constructed in typical Scandinavian form from thick steamed bent Birch wrapped into a cylindrical shape and pinned at the rear. The top is slightly domed and the box is in perfect retail condition ready for your home. The dimensions are approx 44 cm wide 34 cm deep 22 cm high.
