A very pretty freestanding fully glazed inlaid mahogany square pedestal cabinet with decorative inlays and flat display area to top.
The top section has concave curves sweeping up to the square (approx 25cm) flat mahogany top edged with band inlay. Below, the internal shelves have a central display section finished with baize as is the base panel. The front glazed door has a working lock and original key.
A neat wavy apron is all round the cabinet which is supported by four square slightly tapered legs terminating in spade feet.
This is an attractive well proportioned cabinet which is not only pleasing to the eye but also displays well benefitting from glass panels to all four sides.
The cabinet is in very good antique condition. c1900.
