Quiet Street Antiques of Bath has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
Each drawer is beautifully dovetailed and fitted with a brass handle to the polished front. The outside of the box has two further brass carry handles on the sides and a further brass carry handle to the top of the lid.
Key is present and the lock works well.
