Here we have a very fine example of a tunbridge ware box c1880. As you can see the box has great colour and patina. There is a stunning tumbling block specimen wood cartouche to the top which has a beautiful 3 dimensional effect. The border is a perfect geo-metric design in a mixture of woods. The base also has beautiful lozenge shaped geo-metric patterns. A really fantastic example of Tunbridge ware in excellent retail condition ready for your home. The dimensions are approx 24 cm wide 10 cm deep 7 cm high.
