Queen Anne Burr Walnut Longcase Long Case Granddaughter Clock

1900 - 1920
Description

A lovely little Queen Ann Style granddaughter clock dating from the late 19th, early 20th Cent. The case is excellent quality and is veneered in beautifully figured burr walnut.

Unlike most clocks of this type this one has a proper weight driven pendulum movement striking the hours on a bell. It has a very decorative brass dial with a silvered chapter ring and gilt brass spandrels.

The case is in good condition with only a few

minor marks associated with age and use.

The movement is in good working order and

keeping good time.
