William IV Mahogany Tea Caddy

A very good quality William IV mahogany antique tea caddy with boxwood string inlay and boxwood inlaid escutcheon finished with silver plated carrying handle to the top. The interior of the box has two lidded mahogany compartments each with boxwood string inlay and brass knobs with central velvet lined mixing bowl compartment. The caddy has its original working lock and comes with a key.

ABOUT - Arrowsmith Antiques has been established in Macclesfield, Cheshire for 30 years. We supply high quality antique furniture, clocks, lighting and decorative items ready for your home to the general public and interior designers around the world from our showroom. Our stock inventory consists of decorative Continental, English and Oriental items ranging from the 18th century through to the 20th century.
 
DELIVERY - Delivery is free for mainland UK. Small goods will be delivered within a couple of working days which are provided with a tracking number and are usually next day delivery services. All of our small items (mantel clocks, smaller chandeliers, wall lights, miscellaneous items) are packaged to a high standard. Double boxed, bubble wrapped and bedded in foam. Our preferred courier is Parcelforce, however we may send with a different courier occasionally.
 
Larger items are delivered by a trustworthy carrier and we aim to deliver within two weeks of purchase but please allow three weeks. We use smaller carrier companies which take a bit longer but we would rather your item arrives at your door safely. Like our small items, our larger items are packaged well and protected.
