The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1900s.
The watch has a Swiss stem-winding movement, identified as by Valjoux, which is working nicely. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 51mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is marked as being argentan, a nickel silver alloy. It is in lovely condition, as is the acrylic lens.
Two subsidiary dials, one for constant seconds and the other to record up to 30 minutes. There is also a red inner 24 hour dial. Pin-set hands.
The watch comes with a single chain, 25cm long including the T-bar and the clasp.
The watch and chain come in an antique Bravingtons presentation box.
