A fine coromandel dome top 19th century writing slope by Mechi & Bazin. A superb little box with a patent Mordan & Co. lock, original glass and brass topped inkwells, the whole desk tidy compartment lined with original leather lining, a satinwood interior, original moire silk lining and still retaining its original velvet base.
