An original Edwardian wall-mounted post box from the reign of Edward VII, dating to 1900. The piece is constructed from cast iron with a post office red finish, featuring a rectangular casing with raised moulding frames, an aperture hood above the letter slot, and the royal ER VII cypher with a crown motif above the opening. Additional details include an enamel collection plate visible through a window frame, an original lock, a hanging key, and a lower access door with a small handle.
