Stag Antler Box of Large Proportions

19th century
Description

Decorated with raised nails heads and surmounted by an antler coronet. The interior divided into two compartments with removable boxes, both with nicely carved sliding lids modeled from horn. Possibly made for a Scottish sporting state.

Circa 1850.
