Description

A large early Victorian oak tea caddy of sarcophagus form with oak leaf cluster carrying handles, the lid and caddy carved with further oak leaves and acorns, the interior with twin tea boxes and glass mixing bowl with reversible lid, standing on short turned feet. An imposing caddy with excellent carving and in great original condition throughout with Barrons Patent lock. English Circa 1840.
