It was listed by Masons Antiques. Sold pieces stay on Sellingantiques as a record of what has passed through, and the next one is rarely far away.
Masons Antiques has dated this Walnut Bracket Clock to the 1910s.
It retains it's original French-polished finish with a lovely age-related, rich, warm patina.

The dial has a silvered chapter ring with black Roman numerals, a matted gilded centre and gilded spandrels.
The 8 day movement strikes the Westminster Chime on the quarters and the number of hours on the hour. It strikes on rods, giving a very clear, crisp, tone. It is fitted with a STRIKE/SILENT button. It has just been fully serviced by our BHI registered horologist and carries our usual 12mths full parts and labour guarantee.
An absolute gem of a clock.
