Upon joining, every dealer agrees to a strict 9-point code of conduct. While issues can occasionally arise, our dealers typically resolve them swiftly and directly with the buyer. In fact, since our founding in 2002, Sellingantiques has only had to step in to help resolve an issue on roughly five occasions—a true testament to the quality of our dealers and their dedication to your happiness.
Our dealers are highly experienced in packing and shipping fragile, high-value antiques. Because you are in direct contact with the dealer, you will be able to easily go through all available shipping and insurance options together to ensure your item arrives safely.

Edwardian glassware, produced during the reign of King Edward VII from 1901 to 1910, often features delicate wheel-etched patterns, lighter forms than heavy Victorian pieces, and graceful proportions suited for formal dining.

These items were traditionally crafted from lead crystal or fine flint glass, blown by hand and finished with manual wheel-cutting or acid-etching techniques to achieve intricate surface decoration.

Authentic pieces typically exhibit minor surface imperfections such as tiny bubbles or striations in the glass, pontil marks on the base where applicable, and delicate, hand-applied decorative motifs rather than modern machine stamping.

They can be displayed on a bar cart or open shelving to add textural vintage character, or utilized functionally for serving sparkling wine during special occasions to blend historical charm with contemporary entertaining.

Antique crystal should always be washed by hand in lukewarm water using mild detergent, avoiding sudden temperature changes to prevent thermal shock, and dried thoroughly with a lint-free cloth.
