An early eighteenth century walnut cased clock, signed Aynsworth, of Westminster.
The twelve inch square dial, with subsidiary seconds dial, and calendar aperture, having wheatear engraving around the edge of the dial, and a five pillar eight day duration movement, the fifth pillar latched .
The elegant case, with figured walnut panels, lined with boxwood stringing, on the the front and sides, an oval lenticle in the trunk door, and with a blind fretwork panel above the hood door.
