A pretty French bedside cabinet of excellent quality.
C1890.
Constructed from walnut in the Rococo style. Having a serpentine shaped moulded edge top. Below is a single drawer over a cabinet door, having pretty floral and shell carvings to the front.
The door opens to reveal a storage area, retaining the original ceramic interior.
Standing on elegant long cabriole legs, with acanthus carved knees.
The condition is good antique condition. Expected signs of age and use.
Lovely colour and warm patination to the walnut.
Solid, sturdy and strong.
