Fabulous Victorian Apprentice Cabinet in Mahogany

19th century
Description

A miniature mahogany side cabinet in the style of a buffet or sideboard with turned knob feet & handles. Central arch panelled cupboard door below drawer with three further drawers to each side.

Raised shaped gallery top with full length lift top box having pseudo drawer front.

Great patina & Colour. Exceptional condition. All drawers are pine construction with the drawer bottoms blue paper covered.

This was probably an apprentice piece or travelling salesman’s sample of the highest quality.
